AI Cloud Partners LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates CERTIFY-Pro™ at certify-pro.com. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our Service.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you sign up through Microsoft Entra ID, we receive your name and email from Microsoft's identity service.

3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: We share data with third-party providers who help us operate the Service, including Stripe (payment processing), Microsoft Azure (hosting and authentication), and analytics providers. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- With Your Consent: We may share your information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.
4. Microsoft Learn Integration
If you choose to connect your Microsoft Learn profile to verify your certifications, we access only the certification verification data you explicitly authorize through Microsoft's OAuth consent flow. We do not access your Microsoft account credentials, email content, or any data beyond what is needed for certification verification. You can disconnect this integration at any time through your account settings.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on Microsoft Azure infrastructure in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your study progress data for 12 months in case you resubscribe. After 12 months of inactivity following cancellation, we delete your personal data unless we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.
7. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences, though disabling essential cookies may prevent the Service from functioning properly.
